bored. should be studying.

yes i really REALLY should be studying for some tests i need to do for the nursing program.

but what am i doing??

i'm blogging...blogging about crafting haha.

i saw this idea on pinterest a while ago. 

yes i'm pretty sure it's a christmas type thing. but i'm the type of person that i have christmas lights in my room all year long. 

i am beyond obsessed with twinkly lights.

so here's my little version even though hers is probably a lot more helpful...and more cute haha.

{supplies}

1 string of lights. (mine was a 50ct.)

2 yards of tulle

(she suggested to do squares not strips. because the squares will make it look for "full")

{for the me the squares looked lots better than the strips

and because of the width, helped cover the green chord..bonus!}

{i didn't have a lot of tulle to work with today...so i did about 3 squares in between each light}

{not quite finished but looking pretty good}

so if you have time to just sit and tie...this is a great little diy.

and it'll look great pretty much anywhere :)
